Happy Thanksgiving!  In honor of this day, I present to you Wedding Pie.  A great alternative to wedding cakes and cupcakes; pies can be a fun and homey way to end the night.  Couples can choose different flavors and/or highlight local and seasonal fruit.  They look great as a dessert table display or served family style at each table.  Serve in individual mini-pie or slice form.  Eat and enjoy!
